Were designed, supervised, and project managed in entirety by Mimar Design. The Building is located on a ‘tight site’ in Central Doha close to the 5 stars LaCigale Hotel on Al Diwan Street.
The L shaped 7-floor building combines utility with luxury with the use of natural stone facings on the ground floor. Car parking and vehicular services access are achieved at the Basement level, (an unusual facility in the City Centre).

A consistently expressed building which largely features solar reductive glazing but by subtle proportions of solid areas manages to be visually interesting.
